Bob: First mate still not feeling well although we did go out for a little while. President and Sister Shields stopped by on their way to Quebec. They left here around 6:00. Afterwards we went to visit Donna Craig in the nursing home. It was her birthday today. We tried to set an appointment with Brother Evans, but we haven't heard from him the last two days.
I went back to the pool today, but didn't swim as much as I usually do. Quit at 1250 meters. Think I'll do the same Friday and then see how I feel on Monday.
