Bob: Church was good today. The High Councilman and another brother that came with him spoke to us. They spoke about faith, hope, charity and prayer. Very good talks.
After church we had a pot luck that was well attended. Bonnie made some corn chowder that was very good. Personally I thought she must have cut back on the amount of corn as compared to her earlier batches, but she said not so. Anyway, today's batch was her best.
The Elders came down tonight and went over part of the Branch list with us. This set of Elders was whitewashed into the Branch and one is directly from the MTC. They both seem willing to work.
I think we're headed back to Kirkland Lake tomorrow if I feel better. It will probably work out as my head seems to be clearing up. Will probably skip the swimming in the morning though.
