Bob: We had to be at the Family History Center by 11 this morning because a non-member couple was going to be there. We got there about 5 minutes early and they were waiting for us. The Elders and Sister Margetson helped them with what they were looking for. Brother Cambridge and I worked on the membership records.
We went to see Donna Craig this afternoon. She is still somewhat sad about having to sell her house, etc., but she looked the best today she has in a long time. She was completely dressed with shoes and someone had done her hair and her nails. Her daughter came while we were there and she commented about how nice her mother looked.
Activity night was tonight. We had 3 new people, including 2 non-members that came with Delaney. We played the Great Dalmuti and I think everyone had fun.
Received some sad news this evening. My long time friend and co-worker, Ron Wilson, passed away yesterday. So sad to hear this. He was a great friend.
Time for bed. Got to get up early and go swimming. Love to all and good night brothers.

Bonnie: We  had a missionary experience today when we went to Wendy's. We have given a  Book of Mormon to one of the workers there, and she remembered us. She talked about reading some of the Book of Mormon as she compared it to other scripture.  She said it read like the Bible, although some of the words were more difficult. Then, she talked about some of the challenges in her life. We plan on going back to encourage her to read more of it. The other thing that happened was that we ran into Roxanne at Walmart. She wants to come back to our  Activity Night next week. That will be great.
It's been a very good day, especially playing the Great Dalmuti at our Activity Night. It's a fun game!
