Bob: Not much happened today. We found Sister Church at home. She is the one that had the big dog tired up to the porch. We gave her an invitation to come to church Sunday for Elder Ballard's broadcast. We have heard that her husband is anti, but he didn't seem to be that way when I spoke to him about his boat and fishing on Lake Timiskaming. She said she hadn't been involved with the church in quite a while and that we caught her at a bad time as they were leaving to go fishing. She did say she was baptized in 1999.
Then we went looking for another lost brother. Found a beautiful camp on Lake Timiskaming, but it is a long, slow way into the camp. The cabins looked very nice from the outside. I think they use a generator at night plus the appliances are propane. Also, there is a 'central' shower.

Bonnie: Today, other than our trip into the wild to find someone we couldn't find, was spent planning out our week. We will be spending lots of time in the car tomorrow going to Engelhart to pick up the Cushman's. We will take them to New Liskeard, probably to Walmart. Then, we will take them back home again. We may have them come to our apartment for dinner before we take them back. We will wait to see how they are feeling. The Cushman's like to eat out whenever they can because the food at their nursing home is not very good. Two other people we could see near Engelhart will not be available tomorrow, unfortunately.
I called today to find out about our background checks from the police department. Someone has retired and because they are short-handed the checks have not been completed yet. It's frustrating to say the least.
