Bob: Long day!! Started with introducing ourselves to the new missionaries at 7:30 and ended a little after 9:00 in Mississauga at Institute. That's our final night of Institute for until May 3. Class has been dwindling as one young man is now on a mission and a couple are working. But there is a good spirit in the class.
Some problems with transfers. Haven't heard of anyone needing a bed, but at least 3 sets of missionaries had no idea where they were to park their car. One set of missionaries left an apartment with food still in it and no one moving into it. Two Elders didn't have bus passes. Two of the new missionaries didn't have any money on their cards. And 2 sets of Elders had bad phones. I know one set was able to trade their phone with another of the phones from an empty apartment. Not sure what happened to the other set. They were trying to back up their contacts the last time I saw them.
Weather was cooler today, but things are going to get better starting Thursday. Can't wait.
Trying to rent another apartment from Vertica, but it is like pulling teeth. We need to get furniture and furnish the place so I asked them today if we could have the furniture company bring us over a bed. They said we couldn't until the application is approved!! We rent 8 apartments and they want to check us out and make sure we can rent another one! If that person had been in charge in 1492 we would all still be wondering what's on the other side of the big body of water on the western edge of land!!
Got to go now. Love to all and good night brothers. Bonnie will write omorrow night. She sends her love to all.
Dad/Bob
