November 7, 2015

Bob:  It has been a long day. Woke up a little past 7. Got up and did some stretching and then went downstairs and walked on the treadmill for an hour. After that I tried to hook up a scanner the missionaries used to have, but got a message saying the wireless capabilities have been disabled by the system administrator. Don't know how to get around that as I have no idea who the scanner used to belong to. So I had to go to the office and sign some papers to be emailed to the realtor so we could make an offer on an apartment for the Sisters living in the roach capital of Toronto.
When I got home Bonnie had the pulled pork about all done. It just needed heating in the crock pot. Then we went to the temple to help with the baptisms being done by new converts and returning members. We got there just past 1:30. We were supposed to start at 2:30, but the group before us was running behind. We ended up not getting home from the temple till about 5:40. The farewell party for the Barrett's was supposed to start at 6:00 and one couple was waiting for us when we got home.
I put some pictures of our group below.
It is after 11 so I am going to bed. The First Mate is exhausted, but she did a good job tonight. It was a great get together and she took time at the start to tell everyone exactly all the Barretts have been doing for the past 18 months.
Weather got a bit colder today and we had a brief hail storm. Love to all and good night brother.
