Tonight we had dinner at the Mission Home with the Shield's, Budgett's, Cannon's, Youngberg's, Wolfley's, Backus', Swenson's, Knight's, and a couple from the temple we just met. It was fun seeing everyone for the last time and then listening to everyone give a short report on what is happening with their area. President Shields had us go last. Bonnie talked mostly about our experiences in the Office and I talked more about Temiskaming. It has been a wonderful time getting to meet so many good people and just share our testimonies of Jesus Christ and the restoration of the Gospel. I'm sure we will miss it. The first dinner we went to when we arrived in Canada I remember Sister England saying, 'We are leaving people we love, but we going home to people we love.' I feel the same way. Not much more can be said.
Time to go to bed. Hope you have had a great day. Love to all and good night brothers.

Bonnie: We visited Sister Ternieden this afternoon. She has an illness of some kind that is steadily getting worse, to the point that she has to have help to do anything--even dress and eat. The doctors don't know what is causing it. She has had all kinds of tests and they all come back normal. She was laying in bed when we saw her. Bob helped her husband give her a blessing. It's so sad to see her, but she is valiantly trying to meet this challenge with faith in Jesus Christ.
I don't have much else to add. It's been another wonderful day, saying goodbye to people we love. I am very anxious to start on our trip!
Love to all,
